This year, our Juniors get an opportunity to learn about the Becoming Me Program.  The program is inspired by former First Lady of the United States Michelle Obama’s book Becoming: Adapted for Young Readers. In this unique experience, the Juniors will explore the truth of their own story and the power of their voice while hanging out with friends!

Juniors will complete three badges as they discuss and explore who they are and what they want to become. The three badges that Juniors will complete in this series are:

• Scribe Badge

• Junior Trail Adventure Badge

• Democracy for Juniors Badge

When Juniors earn this patch and the three associated badges, they will explore themes of discovering their own "unseen" history, finding their unique voice, and strengthening their support systems.
