This year, our Cadettes get an opportunity to learn about the Becoming Me Program.  The program is inspired by former First Lady of the United States Michelle Obama’s book Becoming: Adapted for Young Readers. In this unique experience, the Cadettes will explore the truth of their own story and the power of their voice while hanging out with friends!

Cadettes will complete three badges as they discuss and explore who they are and what they want to become. The three badges that Cadettes will complete in this series are:

• Eco Trekker

• Science of Happiness

• Finding Common Ground

When Cadettes earn this patch and the three associated badges, they will explore themes of giving back through public service, learning to swerve, and strengthening their support systems.
