The Our Lady of Lourdes Girl Scouts continues to collaborate with several organizations in the community.

Each year we provide craft activities for Ozanam Hall Nursing Home, sandwiches for Missionaries of Charity and Briarwood Homeless Shelter in collaboration with One Sandwich at a Time. Every summer, we bake cookies for the families of Ronald McDonald House of Long Island, held toy drives for Cohen's Children Medical Center, assisted in park clean ups with Friends of Cunningham Park, and have visited the Veterans at Veterans Affairs St. Alban's Community Living Center.  Every summer we coordinate a school supply drives in collaboration with the Volunteer of America's Operation Backpack for children in NYC's homeless and domestic violence shelters.  We participated in NYC Parks "The Daffodil Project-9/11 Memorial" and designated a place for the memorial as well as taking the initiative to clean and plant daffodils to support this cause.  While honoring the Girl Scouts Founder, Juliette Low, we donated a baby basket to the first girl born at Cohen's Children Medical Center on Juliette Low's birthday, October 31, In the past, we have collaborated with the late Assemblywoman Barbara Clark with her annual Spring Clean Up and Beatification Day.
